Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using and listing on ArabListed.
ArabListed is a global directory of Arab-owned businesses. It helps people find trusted, culturally-familiar businesses — from restaurants and grocers to professional services — wherever they live, and helps Arab business owners get discovered by the community.
No — listing a business on ArabListed requires the Standard Listing plan (£49/year), which includes a verified badge and full contact details.
Go to Submit a Business, fill in your business details, optionally add a logo and cover photo, then complete payment for the Standard Listing plan. Our team reviews every submission before it goes live.
Our team reviews new submissions to confirm the business is legitimate and Arab-owned before it appears publicly. Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days.
A verified badge means our team has confirmed the business's ownership and details. It's available with the Standard Listing plan and gives visitors extra confidence in a listing.
Open the business's listing page and use the claim option to submit proof of ownership. Once approved, you can log in and manage that listing yourself.
Visitors can rate a business on a 1–6 scale. To keep ratings trustworthy, we limit submissions per visitor and automatically flag unusual rating activity for review.
Business owners can add Featured Placement to pin their listing to the top of category and country pages, a Monthly Post/Reel created by our content team, Extra Photos and a video carousel, or a one-off Bantz Story feature. See the Upgrades page for full pricing.
