How we use it
We use your information to operate the directory: creating and managing your account, verifying listing ownership, displaying reviews, and sending service emails such as claim approvals or billing confirmations.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent (see our Cookie Policy), we log anonymised page views and click events — such as listing views or contact-button clicks — hashed so they cannot be traced back to your IP address, to help business owners understand their listing's performance.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform — for example, our hosting provider, payment processor (Stripe), and search infrastructure (Algolia) — under their own privacy and security obligations.
Your rights
You can review, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard's Account Settings, or by contacting us directly.
